As key players in the evolution of IT, you are at the heart of shaping our society. This year, we are focusing on the intersection between human and artificial intelligence. We want practical and concrete feedback on how these technologies are being used, their economic, personal, and ecological impacts, and the changes they bring to the job market—whether through layoffs or new job opportunities.
We are particularly interested in how knowledge and power dynamics are shifting, the collaboration between humans and AI, as well as the costs and benefits of these innovations. Your insights on GreenOps, optimization strategies, the measurable impact of AI, and its role in fostering synergies are especially welcome.
We value quality over quantity and are open to all presentations, but those with a societal perspective will be given extra consideration. Submissions will be reviewed within 10 days after the closing date. While we encourage diversity in topics, proposals should focus on a balance between cultural and technical aspects of DevOps.
Feel free to submit more than one idea, but we recommend focusing on the one you are most passionate about. Vendor submissions are not automatically rejected, but we are not looking for sales pitches.
While you can submit more than one proposal, please limit yourself. We want to hear the talk you are most passionate about.
How to write your CFP
When you write the CFP, your goal should be to make it easy for the organisers to pick your talk. That means the CFP should at least answer the following questions:
- What is the talk about? (you’d be surprised how many forget to make this obvious)
- How is the talk overall structured? (This signals you have thought about how to communicate your topic)
- Why is this an important and interesting topic
- What kind of talk is it (Demo, storytelling, technical concepts, …)
- Who are you, and do you have any experience giving talks (Youtube links, always a hit)
