"As code" philosphy applied to environmental impact analysis

Nowadays, the "as code" philosophy is a no-brainer in the devops culture. But, we claim, its lessons have a much larger reach. In this talk, I will explain why and how we can leverage the "as code" culture and practices to build more scalable *and* reliable environmental impact analysis. With feedback from real-world applications, I will also sketch the unsolved challenges and limits of this approach.
